| Course description |
Delivered over five sessions and drawing on DDP (Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy and Practice), this group programme aims to support parents to develop a deeper understanding of their children's experiences, needs and behaviours. The programme consists of five sessions, with each session building on the last. For this reason, participants are expected to attend all five sessions wherever possible. Following completion of the programme, participants will be eligible to attend monthly embedding sessions. These sessions provide an opportunity to revisit key concepts, reflect on implementation, and connect with other parents. Sessions are held virtually via Microsoft Teams on the first Tuesday of each month from 12noon to 1.30pm. Referrals can be made following a discussion about the suitability of the programme and how it may meet your family's needs. For further information contact enquiries@aceadoption.com. |
